What bank would give you a car loan with out you having full coverage? Everyone know you need full coverage on a vehicle that is not fully paid for. Everyone knows this.
Yes, you would still be liable for the amount of the loan. This would be true regardless of the condition of the car. Another thing, when you signed the loan agreement, you agreed to carry full coverage for as long as you had payments to make payments.

You're reading I was in an accident in my car ,i am still paying on the car,if they repo the car,am I responsible for the the damage i caused to the car,i only have liabilty and my insurance company wont cover it?
