Is it possible to upload a .pmv file to the internet? And if so, how?

    You can upload any type of file if you have the right permissions to do it. If you have a web site you can create a link to the file so people can download it. But people won't be able to use it without the right software. .pmv files are not supported by web browsers. Unless there is some plugin that I don't know about.
