  • im 24, 5'7 and a year ago i weight 170. now i weigh 150....i did it by modifying my diet and working ut. simple as that. you only need one hour 5 days a week.
  • MAKE time to exercise, you dont realise how important it is.
  • Changing your eating habits might work. But exercise is best. And you don't have to spend hours at a gym. 30 minutes a day makes a huge difference. At 17 between school and working I still had time to get a little exercise at least a couple times a week. Eating wise, obviously lots of fibre, fruits and veggies. Cut out fruit juices and pop, coffee, etc. 5-6 small meals a day, instead of the normal big 3.
