It is the policy objective of the Taliban to take control of Pakistan Government in the shortest possible time. To achieve this objective people they have struck by terror attacks must stay in penury. Humanitarian considerations of the UN Food Program comes in their way. So they try to bomb the entire program by a suicide bomb attack. Taliban is the most fundamentalist of all Islamic groups. They will take the word meanings of verses in their holy book and will not care for a broader view on human values. This act of terrorism is only to be expected of the Taliban. Nothing extraordinary here.
