To be honest, I think you have to accept that the downside of living in an apartment is that you can hear other peoples lives. Sex, arguements, loud phone conversations, yelling at the kids. I mean, if you're having really good sex, it's hard to be considerate of the neighbors when you're into it. I say chill out, let 'em bone. If you were gettin' it good like that you wouldn't give a shit about the neighbors either. Hey!

Call the police. It's no different than playing loud music after a certain time at night -- usually established by city ordinance. You have a right to the quiet enjoyment of your tenancy.
