Yes sir.

yea, i hate nasty peoeple and wrechedness. but i have a feeling it is hard for you to breakup with a person who lives in squalor.
-
I wouldn't be with someone who lived in squalor.
-
Most definitely but I might also break up with someone that was completely OCD about cleanliness.
-
Yes. It would cause me stress to be around it, and I think it's an indicator as to how the person respects themselves and the world around them.

To Ésmee, with love and squalor

I think what you consider "squalor" is probably a bit relative. My house is reasonably clean but I'm not fanatical about it. Every now and then I go on a cleaning buzz and give it a fright but generally speaking I think there are more important things to do. I hate mess only because I generally can't find anything, so I organise documents etc out of necessity rather than true preference. I've been in much cleaner/tidier and much messier/dirtier houses. Generally I take more notice of gardens cos that's where I'm happiest.

Faster than you can say Pine Sol.

Well I haven't done it yet. I just seek my tranquility elsewhere until I can catch up on cleaning the messes.
