I used to work at a tatto shop and if I were designing something, the first thing I'd do is decide were the most drama and intrigue can be found. With Vegas, you have plenty of options, eg You can use designs that pair these opposites against eachother: glitter vs gutter sex vs addiction glamour vs freakshow What kind of "feelin" or attitude are you going for?

A pair of dice?? I am not sure what you mean by sleeve but if it what I am imagining it will cover your whole arm, yes?? Maybe dollar signs?? A hand of cards?? Three 7's?? Or cherries even. Those are what people get the most often on those things. Maybe things that symbolize luck such as a horse shoe or a rabbit's foot?? Your own ideal image of Lady Luck?? Chinese symbol for luck?? Chinese symbol for money?? All I know is you better post some pics when you get it!!!!!

Maybe incorporate an Ace card by your wrist into it (so you could have an ace up your sleeve).
