I always pay attention to a woman's hips, butt and legs. I only pay attention to boobs if they are nice.

Of course not, we are designed to seek out signs of sexual maturity in potential mates, and no prizes for guessing which the most obvious of those signs are! Some men have fetishes about other body parts, but they are few and far between, and will often like breasts and buttocks too.
