YES and I assure you it is the best health care system in the whole world. All other systems like Unani, chinese etc. are derived from it. Ayurveda works like magic. Only condition is that you should land at a genuine Ayurvedist. I have tested it and practised it and so far found one major drawback that you do not generally get genuine and fresh herbs.

Yes I have. I did not like it at first as the medicine were based on herbal concotions and so on. Nevertheless it healed my foot that was bitten by a poisonous snake, while holidaying in Sri lanka. Not only that I have seen lot of good outcomes of ayurveda and its much better than the western medicine system.

Ayurveda is ancient Indian system of medicine based on principal of natural healing. It aims to find out the root cause and then treat it so that body recover without getting affercting from any adverse effect. Its specially helpful in those cases where Allopathic or western medicines fail to produce results. In Ayurveda its important to diagnose the ailment so its important to find out a good genuine Ayurvedic practicner. Yes i use it and it has been the best thing ever.. You have no idea how much this has helped my life absolutely amazing.. I have been considering lately whether to study it and take it further.

Ayurveda is good for slow cures of simple problems. Unfortunately in my family's case it does not work well since we have major issues.Neither does homeopathy or unani or any other.So we are back to allopathic!
