I would try to subtly arrange things so that the cheating parent got caught in the act and/or would indirectly lead the innocent parent to clues and evidence the other is cheating.

I'd probably tell the other parent. It's simple, really. If you don't want to be found out for cheating on someone, then don't cheat in the first place.
