I wouldn't say anything to the other spouse. That is between those two. Usually, the messenger ends up getting shot, no matter how pure the intentions. +5

I would try to subtly arrange things so that the cheating parent got caught in the act and/or would indirectly lead the innocent parent to clues and evidence the other is cheating.

Tell the other parent, they have the right to know.

I'd probably tell the other parent. It's simple, really. If you don't want to be found out for cheating on someone, then don't cheat in the first place.

Maybe you can approach the parent that is cheating and see if this problem can be solved together.

I would mind my own business. Nothing good can ever come of getting mixed up in other peoples relationship problems, especially family members. You will always get a healthy dose of the poison.
