Help answer this question below.

How would you do if you're pointed to lead an organization?? How would you arrange the members?? Here's my opinion in the first answer

    Everyone works together.. Completing missing parts fom each other.. Everyone do something their best at and support each other in every task.. Of course there must be a leader but if it was me,i won't go around telling people to work harder.. I'd call it " friendly suggestions" and work together

    I would pay them based on a combination of effort, teamwork, company representiveness, punctuality and overall work output. But we still need a leader.
