I'll make one up right now. Go to a health food store or a good grocery store that has those bins in the middle of the aisle with the nuts and the beans and the dried fruits and the grans and get a nice plastic bag and fill with anything you love (of course leave out those dried beans I mentioned). They even have little yoghurt prezels you can add if you feel really daring.

We used to. A new health food store just opened and their stuff is as good as ours, so why bother? (points monster still lurks)
