That IS cool looking. And it's very decent of women to wear such thing since 'they're glowing in the dark' is a pretty good justification for staring at breasts.

I can imagine something like this will be showing up at all the "gentleman's" clubs, it would match nicely with neon stripper heels But no, I would not wear one. It would make my hairy chest glow and bring more attention to my gut than I would like. On an even 'lighter' note. I can see this working quite nicely in a Halloween costume. Also I would pay to see someone wear it during Dress Down Day in a corporate environment. Lastly, I am hoping they incorporate something like this into the Hooters waitress uniforms, because it's a known fact that glowing hooters are better than those that don't glow so much(it's been studied at the best universities, I would guess).
