I can do it! You kindof make your tongue fat and blow out air around it while while your formulates a word. My dad can do it and it came naturally to me so maybe it only works passed down genetically.

I used to be able to do that, but I refuse to do it anymore, regardless how much money is offered to me.
The last time I did it, I was institutionalized for 3 weeks, before my ex-wife decided to come to the state hospital and vouch for me.
Those slimy bastards put me in one of their weird-looking bedrooms, where the mattresses are on the walls as well as the floors, and that jacket I had to wear, wouldn't allow me scratch my testicles.

Slightly.
I can impersonate just about any voice though.
Ones I do well are; Stitch (lilo & stitch), Fat Albert, Eric Cartman (South Park), Yogi Bear & Boo Boo, and Snaglepuss. I can slightly impersonate Shaggy and Scooby Doo. I can also do some Bullwinkle impersonations and can do partial impersonations from a few Metalocalypse characters (which is amazing, since I barely watch the show) and a few other characters from older Adult Swim shows. I impersonated Captain Planet at one point. I could probably impersonate characters like Barney the dinosaur or the Teletubbies, or a few puppets from Mr. Rodgers but I really choose not to. At one point, before my voice deepened; I could impersonate all 3 chipmunks (Alvin & the chipmunks) separately.
I did a small amount of vocal impersonations and had some friends ask me to try certain ones, or I would randomly find myself impersonating them (by accident or otherwise). That isn't so weird, since I randomly find myself playing songs I don't know the name of on my guitar and I KNOW they're existing songs, just not the name nor do I know where I've heard them and usually just go ask my dad. lol
