This should be the easiest question to answer but make sure it is job related. Also make sure you have something concrete to back up your claim. Numbers or percentages of improvement are good numbers to have at the top of your head. There should be a back story where there was a business related problem and be able to explain your contribution to solving that problem. Keep it short and to the point.
