Off the top of my head? I'll have a go. Carol Ann Duffy Selima Hill Don Paterson (a particular favorite of mine - his poem "Imperial" is great) Seamus Heaney Andrew Motion Paul Muldoon Patrick Kavanagh Vicki Feaver (another really good poet) Jackie Kay Bugger I'm stuck now - only got to 9! I confess there are a few I'm not sure whether they're still alive or not. EDIT: just thought of the tenth - Jo Shapcott. She's a fabulous poet.
