I'd try spraying it with bleach.
Your gonna have to scrape it out and replace it. Once mold gets into the caulking its shot. Its easy enough to replace though. Just head on down to your local hardware store and get some silicanized caulking, or white silicone caulking as silicone does not promote the growth of mold.

The caulk around my tub is disgusting, black with mold. Is there any way to clean the mold or do I need to scrape it out and replace it? And if so is there a kind of caulk I can replace it with that doesn't mold?
