96 blazer , battery died, got new one ..engine won't turn over, no sound from the fuel pump, yet before i replaced the battery it work fine.check the wirein to battery everthing works, yet no sound of fuel pump

Won't 'turn over'... Bad term to use. Do you mean it won't crank to start? or... You mean it cranks but will not start? I'll bet on the later. Find the fuel pump relay in the relay plate under the hood, swap it with one of the other relays that is the same. You need to check for fuel pressure, if no pressure it's likely the pump. Tank has to come out. Difficult job without a lift.
