Do you get along well with your sister?

My sister is very jealous of me and turns everything we do into a competition, or a measurement of whether she is better, stronger, etc. It's gotten ridiculous. We don't "get along" in the ideal sense of the word. We disagree on a lot of things, and since i'm her younger sibling by a year, she is very controlling. Especially after my mom passed away a long time ago. I've found that things I do affect her - if I do well at something, she gets really pissed off! LOL. She can't just leave things alone. She feels easily threatened and has "turf" issues. Weird. I just try to keep her at arms length, since "getting along" would be impossible to do more than a half hour. I know that since she's my family, she'd be there for very serious circumstances in some way, shape or form. But she's too selfish/greedy to be friendly on a daily basis. Sometimes I wonder how other girls deal with their sisters. Haha.. I hope that answers your question.

No. My sister is a neurotic control freak, who hasn't made a sound decision this century. Add to that she's married to a complete asshole.

One of my sisters is my best friend, another one we fight sometimes, but have been getting along better now that we don't live together. My youngest sister I'm very protective of her, so yes we get along. : )

With my younger sister, yes, we are like best friends. She stayed far, far from me but is moving up and will only be like a few blocks from me - yippeee!!!! The youngest sister, we just get along I guess. She still need to mature even thought she is already 30 and have 2 kiddies, not responsible at all and it gets to me. +++

I don't have a sister, but if i did, i would probably most likely get along with her. I am so easy to get along with, because of my out-going, sweet, and crazy personality. I am definitely one of a kind, and different.

I had an older female sibling until she betrayed me in the most cruel way. Now I have no older female sibling. As a matter of fact, I have no family except by choice and marriage.

No, I really don't cause she is mentally abusive to me. She is very mean to me at times and calls me fat and ugly even though I do a lot for her. She is an ingrate who takes advantage of me and controls me. We live in the same house and we get into heated arguments cause I don't like her way of thinking and the things she does and I tell her how I feel. She doesn't like to hear the truth.
