I use prescription toothpaste. Its better because it has more flouride in it.

Oops meant to reply in comments. too late now Interesting. I just did some quick research and it seems you are correct. I never knew! so what toothpaste would your recommend? As a child i brushed too hard and stirpped my enamel which is part of the reason i use prescription.

Dont know if its the best but I only use Aquafresh. Any other makes my tummy turn.
