  • aaaaaaaaaaaand your question is?
  • It's either a fault in the power supply or the board is shorting out either way take it back before the warrenty expires
  • This could be a number of things. Most likely it is that you may have a faulty, or incorrect video driver installed. Any application that utilizes "full screen" mode, especially if it is also a video game that demands a lot of your hardware, taxes your video card more than it would be under regular use. This can reveal problems with your driver (or rarely the graphic chipset itself) that would not show up under regular use. Try downloading and installing the latest manufacturer's driver for your video card. This can also occur if the computer is overheating. If you are using your computer atop an insulated surface, like a bed or a carpet this is more likely to occur. Overheating can also be tied to a defective cpu, cpu fan, or power supply. This often flashed the "blue screen of death" briefly before shutting down. You may also have a defect in the power supply, or the power distribution cirsuit (inside your laptop) causing it to short out at times. Start with the video driver theory...as it seems to be the most likely based on what tasks the computer is performing when the problem arises. Keep us posted, and we'll continue to work on it with you.
