When I read the question I knew some people would say oysters. I just don't see it - they look revolting ("twas a brave man who first ate an oyster" - Dr Johnston) and slide down you throat like somebody else's phlegm or cold spunk. Horrible. I do recommend ginger, ginseng and chocolate but I will never be convinced about oysters.
