I try going to a site I've been going to forever, and I get this; Fatal error: Memcache is not installed in [path]/includes/class_datastore.php on line 186 What is this supposed to be?

You don't have to bother much about this. Once in a while, web administrators (or web designers) are changing something on a web site. In some cases they have hard luck and new bugs appear. Here a page discussing this error: it looks like the web server administrator has forgotten soething: "the memcache php extension also needs to be installed on your webserver" Source and further information: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=275181 If you have some email of the web admin, you could mail them and tell them about it.
