I don't buy it. Racism hasn't changed. The way people frame things as racist certainly has. Just think of how the media implies everywhere that criticism of Obama is really just racism.

I don't think so, I think most are happier with a black president than they thought they'd be. It has probably brought the hardcore racist to the surface, hopefully their numbers are declining.
