When eating, does the first one done help the rest?

Help them eat their food? Help the host or the person who prepared the meal clean up? I am a slow eater, so I am rarely the first one to finish my meal. If I am, however, I will usually wait until everyone else has finished eating before I might offer to help my Mum or the host with bringing the plates to the kitchen. I have also been known to "help" my sisters eat their dessert if I finish before they do :)
