  • I dont keep count. But I need the sugar to keep me up at work.
  • I don't keep count, but I use as little as possible since I am diabetic type II. Since I have been diagnosed, I have come to believe that it would be a good idea for all people to use less sugar. My health has improved just by reducing sugar consumption.
  • Excluding natural sugars found in fruit etc, none. I rarely eat processed foods, chocolate etc and only have a teaspoon of sugar added to pasta sauces etc once or twice a week.
