Unfortunately for some people food is like a drug. That means you're the only person that can snap yourself out of the dependency of it and change things.

how about losing some weight? that should help with the obesity problem.

The first thing I would suggest is to keep a daily food diary.. Do not start doing vigourous exercises straight away.. rather build up slowly..increase exercise gradual..start with walking and swimming.. Seek advice and follow a diet plan.. Eat smaller amounts of food..often.. Do not keep weighing yourself.. Snack on fruit and increase water intake..

Eat better and work out....maybe go to a nutrionist b/c if you have never eaten healthy it's hard to figure out whats best for you

just remember you didnt put on all that weight in one day and you cant take if off that fast,, cut calories, drink lots of water and start off excersizing and build it up,, little by little you will loose it, good luck and God Bless
