I live in a mobile home in a mobile home park in Florida. My mobile home is owned by the mortgage company until paid off. Can the mobile home lock me out of a trailer that the mortgage company owns?

You mean... can the mobile home park lock you out? Probably -- you have a contract with them -- it should say in the contract under what conditions you'd be locked out. It shouldn't be that different than owning a condominium -- the owner's association can, in extreme cases, sell a condo in order to collect their maintenance fees -- I'm sure mobile home parks have similar rules.
