My engagement ring has a round cut solitaire. For our last anniversary, my husband bought me an eternity band with lots of smaller diamonds all around it that I use as my wedding band along with it. It's really pretty.

Yes I think the first one had a diamond flake. The second one actually had a heart shaped diamond that I still love to this day!

Yes...it is a broad yellow gold band with 3 rows of 9 small diamonds. Sparkles like crazy....very pretty!

My wedding band and engagement ring both have diamonds. I dont know much about cuts and shapes and settings and all that (I am not big into jewelry), but my engagement ring has the round cut with two rectangles on the side and then small diamonds inset into the band, and then the wedding band has the small circles inset for about half the ring.

My first wedding ring had some gems in it but I lost it so my second was a band with some cuts in it but I lost that and then the third one was like the second. I didn't loose it but the cuts have all worn away because I refused to take it off. I have a bad track record with jewelry. LOL

I didn't have to buy a wedding ring. I got married to a member of the 7th Day Adventist Church member...and they don't wear any kind of jewelry. That's a good point...a cheap one!
