  • No it wouldn't because God created earth and other things around us, so if other living things were to be found somewhere I would think it is ok, because God put them their for a reason. It would actually be good to see another kind of being and what they are like and what they live like.
  • just another place to send christian missionaries.
  • The Bible doesn't say there isn't.So why would it shake my beliefs?
  • The Catholic Church acknowledges the possibility of other intelligent life in the universe. Here are a couple of articles on the subject: Vatican: It's OK to believe in aliens: http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D90KSE100&show_article=1 and http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7399661.stm Do space aliens have souls?: http://www.catholicnews.com/data/stories/cns/0506301.htm One suggestion is that aliens have never disobeyed God, committed Original Sin and therefore do not require salvation. God keeps them away from us for their own protection. This is why we only see glimpses of them (UFOs) but no real contact can be made. Just a suggestion. It would be interesting if they had a seven day week. With love in Christ.
  • no,why would it? I mean if that were proven then I would know that God created them too because He created all. :)
  • yes because at this time I don't believe that their are aliens...but that is not to say GOD didn't do so, thus my unintelegence is not the ultimate answer, but if I did find aliens, then I would have to refine what I believed. +3
  • I know there is life on other planets. That's part of what helped me escape the faith.
  • A little, not much I mean, the bible says we were created in his image. Wouldn't we be the best of the best species then? Of course, there could be other humans, but so far none. -- Though I do love Star Trek :D Still, I really don't think there is life as we know it out there, though I heard there were bacteria on Mars or some other planet.
