Yes, and the alternative is to think in balances instead.

Yes,government rules are inspired with the proposed revenue they receive. Check the increase in rules in the past 50 years and the monies involved. There is little incentive for your local offical to lighten up on the rules.

yeah, but 75% of the rules we as humans have put on ourselves---they still rob, they still cheat, they still shoot, they still rape, they still drink, they still do drugs, they still quite school, they still wreck, they still drive, they still dont pay taxes, they still do everything they have been doing since we made up these rules...all these rules are about making money,it all goes back to money ,from the meter maid giving a ticket-to the nurse shooting up the deathrow inmate its all money--we as humans just get the satisfaction of feeling some kind of justice out of all this--couldn't we do this with out spending all this money

There is too many rules and restrictions. What happened to free will. Free choice. Now we have to choose and do what the governmant wants us to do. In other words they only want money and restrain the rest of us.
-
It definately does. Come to think of it, we are making all the rules ourselves due to fact that we dont want to be 'ruled-in'...... +++

Yeppers. I feel like the older humanity gets, the stupider it gets, and the stupider it gets, the more rules it needs to limit itself. It pisses me off.
