Why do I keep seeing the same questions I already answered ready to answer in the same day?

I believe I said something about this in a comment, noticing that you answer questions more than once.

BTW: Your other account was "Geewhiz", right? It's back. You were put in the Penalty Box for answering the same question multiple times. Opening THIS account while the other was PBed CAN get you into trouble.

Questions don't "go away" when answered. In fact, answering them brings them back to the home page/new arrivals page, so others can see and answer them. Answer the question ONCE, and then don't answer it again. You will see it again, and maybe again, and again. Just don't answer them again.

ye just dont answer again then u are stupid and if u go into the same question again and again and again and so on...... but just answer and then dont click on it again.
