Yes, they should be banned everywhere. I can't believe such places exist. And I don't like petshops that sell puppies either. The best places are humane/dog shelters.

ABSOLUTELY YES! I suppose checking for a local MERCENARIES R US for the best assortment of illegal high powered weaponry to use against those rotten money grubbing AZZHOLES would be perhaps a bit of "overkill?" My ire with the people who own and run Puppy Mills is only over shadowed by my deep hate of those who actively abuse animals, children and elders.... Count me in.
