I know he owned a health club when he was younger, but I did not know he had a degree in nutrition.

Just as an aside, it is called nutrition (I have one of those degrees). His bio on his website does not say that - where did you get this info? copied from dr.phil.com Dr. Phil has a B.A. from Midwestern State University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from North Texas State University with a dual area of emphasis in clinical and behavioral medicine
