  • Speak to the pharmacist, explain what is happening..if after that you are short..then speak to your doctor..
  • I immediately call the pharmacy manager and he said come on by and no problem. It was 12 pills. Out of 30. Kind of a screw-up. +5
  • I think you should complain to the manager or the owner of the store and demand the rest of your meds, you've paid for them. If they don't do anything take your business elsewhere and tell them that is what you are going to do. +5
  • I go through Walgreens as well and have never counted my pills. I think I'm going to start now though. I suppose if it happened to me and I noticed, I would call the pharmacy and let the math geniuses know.
  • Complain to the Manager. If they wont give you the two pills you are going to be forced to count them at the counter from now on, or change to a different pharmacy.

  • i would make them aware and if it continued i would go elsewhere.
  • If you buy packs of 50 or 100 pills the drug stores normally do not count them but weigh them as that would be faster and easier. It is possible that you get 2 pills short or 2 extra. But you have got what you paid for. I am sure you will get this same explanation if you ask the drug store manager.
