My way: place one corner of the sheet over your hand. Go all the way around the sheet and put each corner over the first one. Grab the center, fold it till it fits in your linen closet shelf.

I run screaming. I fold at them but once they get taken out of the package they never get folded that neatly again.

Well, no. I just sort of roll n'fold fitted sheets....so serious corner matching. But I will then enclose the imperfectly folded fitted sheet inside my matching nicely squared flat sheet so it still looks good in the linen closet - and no one is the wiser.

My ex and my daughter work as house keepers in a motel. I have pitched in a time or two, I am not great at folding but I have learned how to make a nice package.

I can neither fold nor iron fitted sheets. Trying to drives me crazy so I just wash them, dry them and shove them on the bed. I figure once you lie on them a few times they're ironed anyway.
