Oblong white pills

I have a white oblong pill with LL 163 on one side, other is blank, and no score marks...would love for this to be identified!!! thanks

There is not a pill to my knowledge with that marking. Take a second look to see if the numbers are "183" rather than "163". If it happens to be 183 then it would be dextromethorphan, guaifenesin, and phenylephrine which is used as a cough suppressant. Brand names include Certuss-D, Duraphen Forte, Duraphen II DM, Sinutuss DM and roughly 30 others. If the marking is 163 then I would not be able to identify it. Double check the markings and I would be glad to find a positive match.
