yeah. especially in the 2.5GHz models. Anytime my house phone was turned on, I'd drop connection. Went to a 5 or maybe 9GHz and problem disappeared.

Right. Fortunately though, you can decide what device you want to keep and then purchase a new device on a different freq.

in the us, many phones are on the 2.4Ghz frequency, so YES. Keep in mind that microwave ovens also run at 2.4Ghz, as do lots of other devices (baby monitors, wireless speakers, intercoms). they can all interfere with wireless computer networks.
