Not counting mortgages that I have had I have always been debt free. All credit cards are paid in full each month and are only used for convenience and the rebate. I never charge something because I do not have the money. All cars have been paid for in cash. ₪ ɦəlʞɹÉq ₪

Yes. It didn't last very long at all. My husband (at the time) apparently felt that we needed debt. We have since been divorcing which puts ME in debt a bit further... I estimate I will be debt free again by 2 years after our final court date :D

my boyfriend & I paid off all our debts while we were living with his mum but as soon as we got our own place they slowly started mounting again. they are still only very small now though thank god

I'm an adult now, and I've been debt-free my whole life. That will be over next year, when I have to start paying university fees... :(
