Of course you do, so do we all...try keeping a roll of spearmint/peppermint Lifesavers in your pocket and substituting one when you think you want a smoke...giving up the nicotine is tough, I've tried it and failed but mints and cinnamon candies help lots when I want one and can't...hugs and best wishes!

That's no good champ.. what's your question about it? If you want to know if you're smoking too much, well you obviously know the answer. Even if you're smoking one a day it's too much!
