  • she should file for a restraining order or a protection from abuse ... if there is no current visitation order, then she ain't got to do nothing!
  • She needs to get a lawyer and go to court ASAP. And get a protective order for herself. Without a court order, she doesn't have to let him have access/visitation, in most jurisdictions, if they weren't married. the father has to establish paternity first. --- OOPS! I just re-read the question - if they divorced, then obviously they were married at some point. She still needs a lawyer and a protective order.
  • She could seek abandonment with the court. Get this guy away from her and the child. He needs to work on hiimself and stay away from her.
