Congratulations and keep it up. As for the doubters, remember this, 'it's not what they say but what you know'. And this applies to anything you truly believe.

You don't have to tell them anything. Just smile and go on.

    Congrats!

    Not a damned thing.

Because most of those kind of idiots may have rationalised your marriage away, and any attempt on your part will be for naught. The fact that you've outdone their predictions every day is revenge enough.

How did you become 30+ all of a sudden?

Anyway why do you have to tell anyone anything. No one cares about this big issue but you, I hate to tell ya. No one cares anymore. Be glad you made it. May you have many many more and stop counting. Enjoy your blessed life.

First, be a gentleman about anything you say.
It is all right to be joking a little about "...and people said it would never last!" but don't be obnoxious or mean spirited about it (see first line of my comment).
It's OK to give the naysayers a hard time in a humorous way.

BTW ... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! You guys deserve praise for this. It's a real accomplishment! : ))

Tell them nothing; you had nothing to prove then and you have nothing to prove now. It appears you dodn't care then, why should you care now?
