Charlotte's cost of living is relatively low versus the national average. As for low paying jobs, I know that's a bunch of bull..We're the 2nd largest banking city in the country..that counts for something. Trust me, there are plenty of well paying jobs in this city. You can't work at Taco Bell and live in Dilworth..sorry
