  • Are you confident enough to approach him and ask him why he is staring at you? If not, could you ask someone to do it for you (like a parent or older sibling?). I recently took my 14 year old niece on vacation and we noticed a creepy older guy staring at her while she was swimming. She doesn't look older than her age either! So I went over to him (and his wife) and asked if he could stop staring at the 14 year old little girl who was trying to enjoy herself in the pool.
  • He secretly wants to jump your bones. If this is happening at work report it to the human resource department. And if you have the guts approach him and tell him to stop because it is making him appear creepy. Do not say that he is making you feel uncomfortable because then he will know that he has power over you.
