  • Yes, I believe so. Are you? :-) +4
  • Just the sexy ones.
  • yes 100%
  • Very. Easy enough for you to confirm if you have the inclination.
  • most of them, yes
  • Yes. I believe the world is going to end one day and I'm hell bent on seeing it happen while I'm still here on this forsaken planet. I'd love for it to happen. I pray for it everyday. Unfortunately with suicide, which I would love to commit, I would be the only one who loses. I want everyone and everything to die, including me, and if I'm lucky I'll get to observe the world's end just before I died along with it. That's passion.

That is sad. The world will not end for at least 5,000,000,000 years. Why would any sane person want the world to end and for him to die?
  • I'm passionate about my thoughts, dedicated in my beliefs and practice. But not committed to them to the point that I do not realize they are only "my" beliefs, and only beliefs. The most obvious is the question of God. I began to open up to the idea the past year, eventually I found it worked out for me. Even still I'm dedicated in practice of Buddhism. One great line by the Dalai Lama (not my particular sect) I paraphrase: when asked if when he died and had to face the existence of God (Christian sense) he replied, again paraphrased "oops, I suppose I was really wrong, my bad." I add, I am in no way a relative moralist, and prosecute in my own way the evil in the world, anyplace, anytime.
  • it's a sleeping dragon that you do not want to poke.
  • I'm passionate about how I EXPRESS my beliefs. No use having an emotional investment is opinions that are quite likely to change.

  • Some of my beliefs I am very passionate about. Like anyone hurting children, older people, and animals. The weaker of the world who deserves only the best of our love and care.
  • Not enough to fight and argue about them!

  • Most definitely! 1 Peter 3:15 "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:"

71.05% of the world's people are not Christian. In my homeland 99.54% of them are not.

ReiSan, there are 2.2 billion Christians in the world. As for your country, it is probably some small island. lol
  • No, my culture controls emotions that are primitive and immature. When emotions control a person that is the same as age 7 Pu Yi being Emperor of China. I have no beliefs, because beliefs have no evidence in their favor. I want to know rather than merely believe.
    • Jenny_Rizzo
Quote: "I want to know rather than merely believe." Knowing is believing. Many beliefs from many religions that are improperly manifested in a person are deceptive. Are you expecting to see a Deity in person to believe?
  • Yes I am passionate about what I believe and live for Christ. Some say they would not fight or argue neither will I unless it is necessary to do so. When the Holy Spirit gives me something to say I will say it. Then again some don't know the difference between fighting and standing your ground or standing up for one's beliefs.
  • Where Jesus Christ is concerned, Yes!
  • All belief is suicide. Because as soon as you have a fixed perception, you are trapped in your own box and might as well be dead. Creativity and progress depend on moving forward, so being held back by a previous belief, means no advancement, or realisation of your own potential. Its a is a fundamental life choice - belief, or truth. To me, truth is really the only thing worth finding.
    • Rick Myres
Look for Jesus then He is the Truth and the Life.
    • kaetalist
Looking for something to believe in, is just belief not truth and following some person or religion just represents blind obedience. The truth is in Life itself, not some man-made representation of it.
  • probably not as much as i should be
  • Yes, but not in an outwardly way. I am pretty low key. I don't throw out Bible verses to people or cast judgement. My relationship with God is between me and God, and I keep it that way...unless someone has questions that I might be able to answer.
  • Spiritual but very private!
  • I'm principled. And you never compromise your principles.
