I was listening to radion, they stopped programing to give the news. It was awful.

I was listening to Bob and Tom while I was showering, and as I was getting out, Bob said, "Holy Crap!" and described the first plane hitting, which he must have seen on a TV they have at the station. He said it was on all channels, so I dried off, went into the living room, turned on the TV, and saw it. I SAW the second one hit.

Hi, CL! I was driving to a customer's home when I heard the buzz on the radio. It wasn't until I was inside her home, that she yelled to me to come see what was on TV. We both sat there, stunned, seeing the devastation of the first building, before it fell. Only a few short minutes later, the second plane hit the other tower. I have a hard time putting into words the shock and horror we felt. It was a very helpless feeling. +5

Woke up to my clock radio. It was tuned to a local station, and they mentioned something about a plane hitting the World Trade Center. I immediately tuned in to the news and saw that there were actually two crashes. I was in college at the time...and just before I left for class, I saw the second tower go. Just incredible.

I was watching Regis and Kelly. They broke into the program to show the Towers. I knew it was really happening but it didn't seem real. I saw the second plane hit. I saw the Towers collapse.

We were watching "Good Morning America"...the first plane crashing into one of the Twin Towers caught our attention and we were riveted to the TV...the second plane brought us fear, confusion and sadness. :(

I was at my desk at work, listening to my favorite local morning talk show on the radio. The host of the show suddenly said he had word of a plane hitting one of the towers. At first I thought it must have been a small plane running into it by accident, then of course I realized things were much, much worse. I went around telling my co-workers, and someone even brought in a t.v. We were all in total shock. I remember how they halted all air travel over the United States, and how horribly surreal it all seemed.
