  • If your sure it's got fuel, put your foot on the accelerator all the way and keep the key on ignition until it starts. Give it a few minutes at least. If there's no start, it's spark. The other option is ask your wife/partner/kid did they put diesel in it (i've felt that pain before)
  • It has plenty of fuel, I need to know the best way to check if fuel pump is working or if I'm not getting spark, that way I can at least eliminate one of the options. Thanks
  • Spray some starting fluid into the throttle body while somebody is turning it over. If it starts then you have no fuel. To check spark you can (cheapskate way) put a screwdriver in your sparkplug wire and watch/feel for spark or (proper way) you can buy a special tool that connects to the plug and wire and lights up when there's spark.
