It has plenty of fuel, I need to know the best way
to check if fuel pump is working or if I'm not getting spark, that way I can at least eliminate one of the options. Thanks

If your sure it's got fuel, put your foot on the accelerator all the way and keep the key on ignition until it starts. Give it a few minutes at least. If there's no start, it's spark. The other option is ask your wife/partner/kid did they put diesel in it (i've felt that pain before)

Spray some starting fluid into the throttle body while somebody is turning it over. If it starts then you have no fuel. To check spark you can (cheapskate way) put a screwdriver in your sparkplug wire and watch/feel for spark or (proper way) you can buy a special tool that connects to the plug and wire and lights up when there's spark.
