basicaly because of mankind's pollution of factories and nuclear making's in places like iraq, afgan, or simular countries like the U.S. that are being shot into the sky, the cool feeling of the atmosphere that is protecting us from the sun are burning the ground like dirt which is drying into sand and burning plants the desert will expand to a trenormaous rate
