Homemade cookies taste better, but the Girl Scout cookies are for a good cause. I usually buy a couple of boxes....peanut butter, thin mints and the chocolate caramel ones.

heck it has to be home made every time girl scout cookies are pretty overpriced as cookies, and from what I read (which may have been biased) the girl scouts don't get to see a lot of that.

Unless they have changed their recipes, most Girl Scout cookies have hydrogenated or partially hydrogenatd oil among the ingredients. That stuff is a heart attack waiting to happen. Home made cookies is always best. You know what you're getting! :) Happy Thursday! :)
