I go there often and not worry about it...the worst thing I ever got was Dengi fever which doesn't last that long but you wish you were dead afew times because of the fever...just have a tetnes shot update. Drink only bottled water in sealed containers, soda pop in bottles and beer. Have some fun there and enjoy
